Orders are processed and shipped on working days only, Monday to Friday until 2:00 pm (EET), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time the order is received. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 pm (EET) will be processed on the following working day.

For orders within Greece, you can choose one of the following delivery options during checkout.
Standard Shipping with ACS Courier
You can receive your order via ACS Courier.
ACS may notify the Receiver of an upcoming delivery or a missed delivery. The delivery time depends on the final destination of the order. Especially for Athens and Thessaloniki, you will receive the order within 1-3 working days. For islands and difficult-to-access areas, delivery may require up to 5 working days.
FREE delivery: for orders over 30,00€
Shipping cost for orders up to 29,99€: 2,50€
Cash on Delivery payment takes place when the courier delivers the parcel to you.
Cash on Delivery is available only for shipments within Greece.
In case you choose Cash on Delivery via ACS Courier, there is an extra charge of +2,50€.
BOX NOW — Locker Delivery
Get the most out of your shipping experience with BOX NOW and enjoy a more affordable and convenient way to receive your order.
Delivery is made to a BOX NOW locker through a fully automated process. For orders within Attica, you may receive your order up to 24 hours after the parcel has been picked up by the courier from our premises. For the rest of Greece, delivery may require up to 2-3 working days.
FREE delivery: for orders over 30,00€
Shipping cost for orders up to 29,99€: 1,90€
This service is available only for prepaid orders during checkout, paid by card through Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay or IRIS Online Payments, where available.
BOX NOW service concerns only shipments within Greece.

For orders outside Greece, you can choose the following delivery option during checkout, where available.
Standard Shipping with DHL Courier
Orders outside Greece are shipped by DHL.
Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or postal codes only. Shipments are delivered to the Receiver’s address, but not necessarily to the named Receiver personally. Shipments to addresses with a central receiving area may be delivered to that area.
DHL may notify the Receiver of an upcoming delivery or a missed delivery. The Receiver may be offered alternative delivery options, such as delivery on another day, no signature required, redirection or collection at a DHL Service Point. The Shipper may exclude some delivery options on request.

FREE delivery:
- For shipments to Cyprus with order value over 38,00€
- For shipments within the European Union with order value over 40,00€
- For shipments to Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Monaco, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland with order value over 50,00€
- For shipments to the United Kingdom with order value over 50,00€
Shipping costs:
- 7,90€ for shipments to Cyprus with order value up to 37,99€
- 12,00€ for shipments within the European Union with order value up to 39,99€

Customs, Duties and Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges, which we are not able to know in advance and which are levied once the package reaches its destination.
You must bear any additional charges for customs clearance, as you are considered the importer. We have no control over these charges.
Depending on the laws of each country, deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Shipping Restrictions
Products are delivered only to the Buyer or to a person legally authorized by the Buyer. According to the delivery option selected by the Buyer, including DHL On Demand service, it may be required to show an Identity Card or passport to the courier or to the staff at the selected delivery location.
Delivery to a third person can only take place if such person is legally authorized to receive the order or has been selected by the Buyer through the available courier service options.
The customer’s signature on the consignment note or the confirmation of delivery by the courier is expressly agreed to constitute proof that the order has been delivered to the beneficiary.
The Company retains full ownership of the products ordered through the e-shop until the total repayment of their price, including any costs, taxes and shipping costs included in the invoice or receipt.
